This Shipping Policy outlines our processing timelines, domestic fulfillment within Singapore, and cross-border delivery to the United States.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (SGT) will begin processing on the following business day.

• Warm Weather & Perishables Note: Because our products include functional food items like protein bars, orders may occasionally be held over weekends or dispatched with protective packaging during hot periods to avoid melting or degradation in transit.

2. Shipping Destinations, Rates & Timelines

A. Singapore (Domestic Delivery)

All local orders within Singapore are fulfilled via express local courier services (e.g., Ninja Van, J&T Express, or private courier).

• Delivery Windows: Deliveries typically take place between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

• Restricted Areas: We do not deliver to offshore islands (e.g., Pulau Ubin, Jurong Island) or restricted military/governmental zones.

B. United States (Continental US, Hawaii & Alaska)

US orders are dispatched from our fulfillment hub via tracked air shipping (e.g., DHL Express, FedEx, or tracked postal e-packet).

• P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: Standard delivery to P.O. Boxes is supported via postal routes, but express courier options require a physical street address.

• Alaska & Hawaii: Please allow an additional 2–4 business days for delivery outside the continental United States.

3. Customs, Duties & US Import Compliance

• US De Minimis Threshold: Under current Section 321 regulations, shipments to individuals in the United States valued under US$800 generally enter duty-free without formal customs declarations.

• Import Taxes/Customs: For orders exceeding the statutory duty-free allowance, all applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected at the point of delivery.

• FDA & Food Standards: All Gutti food products comply with export and import labeling guidelines. However, international shipments may occasionally undergo random customs inspection, which may add 1 to 3 business days to the transit window.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking milestones to update in the carrier system.

5. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout (including unit/apartment numbers and postal/ZIP codes). We cannot modify addresses once an order is packed or dispatched. If a parcel is returned due to an invalid address, reshipment fees will apply.

• Lost or Damaged Parcels:

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the outer box, inner contents, and shipping label, and contact our team within 48 hours of receipt.

  • If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, building reception, or safe drop locations before contacting support.
