We’re not a team of lawyers. We’re a team passionate about building Gutti into a brand we’re proud of. These terms simply ensure we have a shared understanding while we do our best to serve you.
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all sales made by Gutti, whether purchased directly or through authorised partners.
1. DEFINITIONS
Products
Refers to all food items, snack products, merchandise, bundles or promotional items sold under the Gutti brand, regardless of payment or delivery method.
Website / Platforms
Refers to all official Gutti websites, social media shops, third-party marketplace platforms, and authorised sales channels.
Customer / You
Refers to any individual or entity purchasing Products from us.
2. PRODUCT QUALITY & SHELF LIFE
All Gutti products are prepared, packed and stored according to food safety standards.
Unless otherwise stated on packaging:
Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Refrigeration is recommended where specified.
Please refer to the “Best Before” date printed on the packaging.
For optimal freshness and quality:
Consume opened products within 3 days unless otherwise stated.
Ensure packaging is sealed properly after opening.
We are not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery or collection.
3. DELIVERY & SELF-COLLECTION
Delivery
Delivery is available Monday to Sunday, subject to availability.
Standard Delivery
Scheduled within available time slots.
No specific timing guaranteed unless selected at checkout.
Free delivery (if applicable) applies to one address per order.
Scheduled / Special Delivery
Available for an additional fee or minimum spend.
Specific date and delivery window may be selected (subject to availability).
Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance unless otherwise stated.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Traffic conditions
Weather
Incomplete or inaccurate address details
Recipient unavailability
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or absence, re-delivery charges may apply.
Self-Collection
Collection locations and operating hours will be stated on our website or official platforms.
Customers are responsible for:
Collecting within the confirmed time slot.
Inspecting the Products upon collection.
Uncollected orders beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for refund.
4. EVENTS & BULK ORDERS
For parties, corporate events, or bulk purchases, we strongly recommend scheduling delivery at least 4–6 hours before the event, or one day in advance.
Gutti will not be responsible for product condition if customers choose delivery too close to event start time.
5. ORDER CHANGES
Once an order is confirmed, preparation and scheduling begin promptly.
Changes to:
Delivery date or time
Product selection
Customisation details
Gift messages
may incur an administrative fee.
Change requests must be made at least 3 days prior to delivery.
We will do our best to accommodate urgent requests, but changes are subject to availability.
6. CANCELLATION, REFUND & EXCHANGE
Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 7 days before delivery may be eligible for full refund (select products only).
Cancellations made less than 7 days before delivery may incur a 50% charge.
Customised or made-to-order items are strictly non-refundable.
Damaged Products
If your Product arrives damaged:
Notify us within 1 hour of receiving the order.
Provide clear photos of the packaging and affected item.
We may offer:
A one-to-one exchange (subject to stock availability), or
A refund (case-by-case review).
Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., small cracks, slight shape variation) are not considered defects.
7. FOOD SAFETY & HYGIENE
All Gutti products are prepared in compliance with Singapore food safety regulations.
Customers are responsible for proper storage and hygiene after receiving the Products.
If packaging appears tampered with upon receipt:
Do not consume the product.
Contact us immediately.
We are not liable for issues arising from improper handling after delivery.
8. LIABILITY
Products are sold for private consumer use only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gutti shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of income or profit
Third-party claims arising from misuse of Products
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased Product.
9. DATA PROTECTION (PDPA COMPLIANCE – SINGAPORE)
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Email address
Delivery address
Payment details
Purpose of Collection:
